硝基苯在固定床电极反应器中的还原过程研究
Preparation of p-Aminophenol by the Electrochemical Reduction of Nitrobenzene in a Packed Bed Reactor

摘要: 对硝基苯在固定床电化学反应器中电解还原制备对氨基苯酚的过程进行了研究,确定了过程的最优操作条件和适宜的电解槽材料。结合在旋转圆柱电极中的实验结果,比较了两种反应器中对氦基苯酚的生成速率和选择性,以及不同反应器对过程的适用性和工业化的可能性,提出了适用的反应器型式及结构。Abstract: The electrochcmical reduction of nitrobenzene to produce p-aminophcnol in a packed bed reactor was studid.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained.The experi-mental results were compared with that in a rotating cylindrical electrode reactor.The electrode potential distribution were compared in both packed bed and cylindrical electrode reactors.The suitable reactor type for this industrial process was choosed and designed.
