Abstract:
This paper introduces the preparation methods of low temperature curing conductive silver paste for printing HIT solar cell electrodes. Through the study of electrical conductivity, aging endurance, thixotropy, printability and weldability, the impact of silver partical morphology, matrix resin reliability and the reology agent on HIT silver paste were systematically discussed. The results show that silver flakes with the diameter of 3-4
μm have good conductivity and through ability, and phenolic-type epoxy resin can provide good weather and heat endurance. After the modification of reology agent, low resistivity grid lines with good shape, long-term outdoor application and welding endurance could be prepared.
