    Influence of Evaporation Conditions on the Film Quality and the Electroluminescent Properties of Znq 2

    • 摘要: 采用8-羟基喹啉锌为发光材料制备了不同蒸发条件下的薄膜样品和单层电致发光器件,利用扫描电子显微镜研究了Znq2薄膜的表面形貌,分析了蒸发条件对成膜质量和器件性能的影响。

       

      Abstract: Thin films of 8 hydroxyquinoline zinc (Znq 2) formed under different evaporation conditions were investigated by scaning electron microscope (SEM).The monolayer electroluminescent devices with thin film of Znq 2 as emitting layer were fabricated.It was found that the evaporation conditions,especially the evaporation rate,had strong effects on the quality of the Znq 2 film and the performance of the EL devices.The evaporation condition was optimized.
