鞋楦表面测量中数据平滑处理与造型重构方法

摘要: 用离散法造型技术描述鞋楦的三维造型;用最小二乘拟合方法对测量得到的数据进行平滑处理,用滚动测量头对鞋楦外轮廓面进行螺线式扫描测量,并以此数据为基础通过求解法线的方法消除滚动测量头半径对测量数据的影响,从而获得鞋楦表面与滚动测量头的实际接触点,实现三维造型重构。算例效果证明了该算法的有效性和可行性。Abstract: The 3D models of shoe-lasts in terms of the discrete modeling technology were described.The outer figure of shoe-lasts using a rolling test-head and scanning in helix way was measured.The measured data by curve-fitting technique of least-square method were smoothed.Influence of the rolling test-head radius on the measured data was removed to generate the actual data of the contact point between the shoe-last and the test-head,resulting the reconstruction of the shoe-last.An example is demonstrated its feasibility and effectiveness.
