    界面处理对聚丙烯/玻璃微珠体系流变性能的影响

    Effects of Interface Coupling Reaction on the Rheology of Polypropylene/Glass Bead System

    • 摘要: 研究了偶联剂(KH 550)和马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(M PP)表面偶联反应对聚丙烯(PP)/玻璃微珠(GB)复合材料界面形态和流变性能的影响。采用ARES型旋转式流变仪和扫描电镜(SEM)对材料的熔体粘度、动态特性以及界面形态作了研究。实验结果表明:玻璃微珠对材料有增加模量和粘度的作用,并且GB含量越高材料的模量和粘度就越高。使用KH 550偶联剂处理GB后,其表面变得更为粗糙,且体系相容性未得到改善,材料的粘度与模量有所上升。在基体中加入少量能与KH 550反应的低分子量M PP,虽然体系相容性得到了改善,但是降低了粘度;然而KH 550与M PP界面反应形成的“聚合物刷”又具有增粘作用,因此体系中增粘作用和降粘作用相互竞争。实验证明降粘作用为主导作用,体系粘度下降。

       

      Abstract: Effects of coupling agent(KH550) and maleic anhydride graft polypropylene(MPP) on the interface state and rheological properties of the polypropylene/glass bead(PP/GB) composite were stu-(died).Viscosity,dynamic properties and interfacial morphology of the composite were investigated by ARES rotational rheometer and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the composite viscosity and modulus increase by adding glass beads and the more glass beads, the higher viscosity and modulus.The composites including glass beads treated by KH550 coupling agent has higher viscosity and modulus and the glass bead's surface become rough.However the compatibility of this system is still poor.Furthermore,inducing MPP into this system can decrease the value of viscosity because of its low molecular weight and improved compatibility.Although the "polymer brush" formed by the interfacial reaction between KH550 and MPP causes the increasing of viscosity,it has less effect on the system.
