    大型径向氨合成反应器的模拟计算和设计优化

    Simulation and Optimization of Ammonia Synthesis Converter with Radial Flow

    • 摘要: 提出了大型合成氨装置中两段径向氨合成反应器的数学模型和设计优化方法,对两段径向氨合成反应器进行了模拟计算。同时计算了操作压力分别为15.0、10.0 和7.5MPa 时,在两段径向反应器中满足日产1kt氨所需的最少催化剂用量。

       

      Abstract: Mathematical model of ammonia synthesis converter with two bed radical flow in large scale synthesis ammonia plant has been presented, which describes the distributions of gaseous compositions, temperatures, and pressures along with the radius of the converter. Design optimization method of the converter that can produce 1kt ammonia a day has been proposed, by which the minimum catalyst volume of the converter can be obtained, when the operating pressure is 15.0, 10.0 and 7.5MPa respectively.
