    Study on the Performance and Esterification Activity of Solid Acid Catalysts Containing Fe and Ti

    • 摘要: 制备了、和固体超强酸催化剂;考察了其对正丁醇和乙酸的酯化活性,表明的活性最好,较差。差热分析和红外光谱分析表明,催化剂活性的高低与其表面吸附的的量有关。重复使用的催化剂,由于的流失,活性逐次下降。电镜和XRD分析表明,经硫酸处理的催化剂,引起了表面形貌和物相的变化,进而影响催化剂的性能。

       

      Abstract: The solid acid catalysts,and havebeen prepared and their esterification activity for n-butanol with acetic acid has been exam-ined,The activity order of them is. It has beenshown by DT and IR that the activity is proportional to the content of adsorbed on thecatalysts and the repeating using catalysts will deactivate from one time to next time due tothe loss of. The analyses by electronic scanning and XRD reveal that the surface textureand crystal phase of the catalysts treated with H_2SO_4 differ from those untreated,which ef-fect the catalytic performance of the catalysts.
