    Study of the Treatment of Organic Chloride by Immobilized Enzyme

    • 摘要: 研究了Fe3O4固定辣根过氧化物酶的吸附特性、贮存稳定性,考察了固定化酶浓度、pH值、H2O2浓度对催化氧化反应的影响。对均相与非均相酶处理氯酚的效果进行比较,显示固定化酶处理有机氯化物具有很大的优越性。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the adsorption characteristic and storage stability of Horseradish peroxidase immobilized on Fe 3O 4 were studied. The effects of enzyme concentration, pH and H 2O 2 concentration on the treatment of organic chloride catalyzed by immobilized enzyme were discussed in detail. The removal of chlorophenol by immobilized enzyme was compared with that of soluble enzyme, and the results indicated that organic chloride treatment by immobilized enzyme had great advantages.
