    Comprehensive Intelligent Fault Diagnosis with Multi-parameters Based on Integrated Model

    • 摘要: 基于产生式规则,事例,模糊诊断,神经网络集成模式,提出了多参数综合智能故障诊断方法,分析了多种诊断方法集成的必要性,以及该方法的知识表示,智能推理诊断及知识学习,应用结果表明这一多参数综合智能故障诊断的方法在实际工程中是行之有效的。

       

      Abstract: A comprehensive intelligent fault diagnostic method with multi parameters is proposed. This method combines process and vibration parameters, adopts hierarchical and categorized diagnostic strategy and integrates rules based model, cases based model, fuzzy logic and neural networks. The necessity to integrate multiple fault diagnosis approaches is analyzed. Furthermore, the knowledge representation, intelligent inference and knowledge learning of this method are presented. This method has been applied to a condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system. The industry application shows this method is useful and effective.
