Abstract: The stability of linear time-varying continuous-time (large-scale) systems with time-delays is studied by using vector Lyapunov functions with uncontinuous derivate and the comparison principle.Some simple stability criteria including information of delays are proposed. They are used as delay-dependent stability criterion. When delays in the practical systems are small,delay-dependent tests can give better results.
