    Studies on Thermal Behaviors of Molybdenum Dialkyldithiocarbamates

    • 摘要: 以合成的七种二烷基胺为基础,进而合成了二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)。用差热分析方法研究MoDTC的烷基基团的差异对其热性质的影响,以及MoDTC用于润滑油抗氧剂的抗氧化效应。试验结果说明,具有支链烷基的MoDTC比带有直链烷基的MoDTC具有更好的热稳定性;MoDTC比工业抗氧剂二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(T202)和2,6-二-叔丁基对甲酚(T501)有更好的抗氧能力。并用热重天平方法研究了MoDTC的热分解机理。

       

      Abstract: Seven kinds of dialkylamine were synthesized. Molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamates (MoDTC) were then prepared. Effects of different alkyl groups of MoDTC molecules on their thermal behaviors were investigated by differential thermal analysis (DTA).The results obtained from DTA revealed that anti-oxidative performance of MoDTC is better than that of the industrial additives, T202 and T 501. Studies on thermal decomposition mechanism of MoDTC were performed by thermogravimetry.
