    Nonlinear Process Model Based Control Schemes for High Purity Internal Thermally Coupled Distillation Columns

    • 摘要: 主要讨论和研究了高纯度热耦合精馏塔的优化控制问题。针对一个非线性的对象模型—苯-甲苯物系模型提出了基于非线性过程模型控制(NPM C,N on linear P rocess M odel Contro l)的控制方案,并与常规的P ID控制方案作了比较。结果表明:非线性过程模型控制无论是在控制精度还是在响应时间上都优于传统的控制方案。

       

      Abstract: The control problem of an internal thermally coupled distillation column is studied.The(dynamic) features of ITCDIC are analyzed firstly and followed by that,a newly control theme,nonlinear(process) model control,is designed and applied to the process.Compared with the conventional PID control theme,the control effects demonstrate that the NPMC theme outweighs the conventional PID in all(aspects).It achieves quicker response speed and the smaller remaining error than the other one.
