    • 摘要: 从流体力学和传热学原理出发,结合浮法玻璃熔窑作业特性,提出了浮法玻璃熔窑内三维液流运动及配合料熔化数学模型,建立了火焰与配合料和玻璃液之间的传热过程的半经验模型,模型采用SIMPLEC法进行计算求解,通过计算,研究了浮法玻璃熔窑内流运动特性,发现,在投料池中存在一个独特的循环液流,在配合料层覆盖下的上层玻璃液由两侧池壁流向中心线,与热点处情况刚好相反。

       

      Abstract: A practical 3-dimensional mathematical model of a float glass tank furnace incorporating the batch melting process has been formulated.As for the boundary condition ofheat transfer on the batch and glass surfaces,a semiempirical model of heat transfer betweenflame and batch/glass was suggested.The model equations were solved by using SIMPLECScheme. By computation,the velocity and temperature distribution in a float glass tank werestudied.It was found that a special circulation current existed near charge end.The computation also showed that the upper glass flow under batch moved towards the center line fromboth side walls,just on the contrary of the case near hotspot.
