    A Combined Forward Mixing and Backflow Model for Countercurrent Liquid-Liquid Contactors

    • 摘要: 为了描述液液接触塔中流体,特别是分散相的非理想流动,考虑了塔中分散相液滴直径分布及其本身的返混,提出了文题模型。实验结果表明,用该模型计算所得的停留时间分布曲线与实测曲线相符;该模型与液滴传质理论结合,可以较准确地预测塔的传质单元数。

       

      Abstract: A combined forward mixing and backflow model has been organized to meet the nonideal flow in countercurrent liquid-liquid contactors.TWo effects have been considered in the model:1)the forward mixing by drop size distribution and 2)the backmixing of dro-plets.Experiments in a extraction column showed that the RTD curves In dispersed phase predicted by the model fitted experimental data vecy well.In mass transfer calculation,the numbers of transfer unit prcdicted by the model were in good agreen1ent with experimental data.
