    Rescheduling and Inventory Control for Continuous Production Process Based on the Chaos Optimization Algorithm

    • 摘要: 针对流程工业企业的订单发布和原料供应等外部环境的不确定性,建立了具有订单需求约束、生产能力约束、原料供应和成品库存约束等约束条件的连续生产过程重调度模型,运用混沌优化算法进行求解,仿真结果表明了该模型的可行性和有效性,通过重新调整各时间段内各个订单的生产率,可合理控制库存量,减少库存费用,降低企业生产成本。

       

      Abstract: Considering the uncertainties such as the release time of the order and the material supply in the process industry,this paper presents a continuous production process rescheduling model with the constraints of the requirement of the orders,the production ability,the material supply and inventory capacity. A chaos optimization algorithm is adopted to obtain the solution of the model.The simulation results illustrate the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed model.The cost of the production and inventory is reduced by adjusting the production rate of the orders in the time durations.
