    铁、镍、锰氧化物对HTS熔盐热分解温度的影响

    Influence of Iron, Nickel and Manganese Oxides on the Thermal Decomposition Temperature of HTS

    • 摘要: 通过综合热分析仪,用直接混合再机械搅拌的混合方式,在氮气气氛条件下,以20℃/min的升温速率对多组合硝酸熔盐(HTS)(w(KNO3)=53%,w(NaNO2)=40%,w(NaNO3)=7%)进行加热至其完全分解。研究结果表明,铁、镍、锰氧化物对HTS熔盐的热分解产生影响,热分解温度会随着氧化物添加量的增加而逐渐降低,影响程度从高到低依次为铁氧化物>镍氧化物>锰氧化物;基于研究结果,对HTS熔盐在化学工业中的安全使用提出建议。

       

      Abstract: HTS (w(KNO3)=53%, w(NaNO2)=40% and w(NaNO3)=7%) is heated to decomposition by an integrated thermal analyzer in nitrogen atmosphere with a heating rate of 20℃/min after mixing by mechanical agitation. The result shows that iron, nickel and manganese oxides have influence on the thermal decomposition of HTS. The thermal decomposition temperature reduces upon increasing the amount of oxides. The sequence of influence degree is as follows, iron oxide>nickel oxide>manganese oxide. The advice on using HTS safely in chemical industry is proposed based on our research results.
