    Studies of the Erosion of Refining Ladle Slag for Synthetic MgOCaO Refractory

    • 摘要: 以轻烧镁粉和轻烧白云石粉为原料,合成镁钙砂并制砖;利用高温显微和岩相分析,将材料抗水化性与抗渣性结合起来,研究了精炼钢包渣对合成镁钙系耐火材料的侵蚀。结果表明:合成镁钙系耐火材料对碱性渣有很好的抵抗性;少量添加剂既可提高抗水化性又不降低抗渣性。

       

      Abstract: MgOCaO clinker was synthesized with the light burned magnesia powders and dolomite powders which produced in Liaonan. The erosion of refining ladle slag for the synthetic MgOCaO refractory was studied by means of the high temperature microscope and petrographic analysis. The results show that the synthetic MgOCaO refractory has an excellent resistance to basic slag but not good enough to acid slag. It can increase the hydrous resistance and don't decrease slag resistance when the microadditives are added to.
