    超支化聚(胺-酯)增韧环氧树脂

    Dendritic Hyperbranched Polymers as Tougheners for Epoxy Resins

    • 摘要: 采用一步法合成超支化聚(胺-酯)(HBP),并测试不同温度下的粘度变化情况;以所合成的超支化聚(胺-酯)作为增韧剂,增韧环氧树脂,测试其冲击强度与弯曲性能,并采用扫描电镜对冲击断口进行了观察。结果表明:所合成的超支化聚(胺-酯)的粘度随温度升高而下降,超支化聚(胺-酯)作为增韧剂与环氧树脂相容性好,使环氧树脂的冲击强度从9.8 kJ/m2提高到22.4 kJ/m2,弯曲强度和弯曲模量有一定程度提高,冲击断口表现出明显的韧性断裂的特征。

       

      Abstract: Hyperbranched poly(amine-ester)(HBP) was synthesized via one-step procedure.Viscosity of HBP was tested.Dendritic hyperbranched polymers(HBP) as tougheners in epoxy resins was prepared for polymer.The impact strength and bending properties were studied.Impact fracture morphology was observed with SEM.As a result,the viscosity of HBP decreased with the increasing temperature.The impact strength is increased from 9.8 kJ/m~2 to 22.4 kJ/m~2.HBP has effect on bending strength and modulus.Impact fracture morphology behave toughness feature.
