    Analysis of Spiral Wheel for Climbing Stairs

    • 摘要: 阐明了螺线轮登梯机构的工作原理和螺线登梯轮的设计计算方法。分析了螺线轮对楼梯尺寸的适应性,并在一设计实例中根据楼梯尺寸确定了螺线轮参数,给出了螺线轮登梯车的重要工作参数的确定方法。

       

      Abstract: This paper describes principles of a wheel with spiral shape, its design formula and motion on stairs. There are two types of wheels, spiral and circular, in a stair climber to drive on the ground or stairs. The spot replaced type of wheels and the adaptability of irregular step of stairs are developed. The method to determine sizes of the spiral wheel and parameters of a vehicle are given for design.
