摘要: 测定了常压了CM-3-1催化剂上甲醇气相法脱水生成二甲醚的本征与宏观反应速率,得到幂函数型本征动力学方程提出了计算催化剂粒内效率因子的两维正交配置方法,所得效率因子的计算值与实验值吻合。Abstract: The intrinsic and global reaction rates of methanol dehydrolyzing to dimethyl ether on CM-3-1 catalyst by gas phase method were determined under atmospheric pressure and power type kinetic equation was obtained. The calculation results of effectiveness factors obtained by two-dimension orthogonal collocation method fit to experimental data well.
