Abstract: Based on the previous experiments the feasibility of separation of tartaric acid and Cl - by ion exchange method was discussed. The dynamic exchange, the absorption property and the selective property for tartaric acid and Cl - of four type weakly basic anion exchange resins D301, D315, 335 and D345 were investigated, and D315 resin was adopted in this separation process. Meanwhile, the influcing factors, such as pH value, initial concentration of Cl - and flow rate were studied and the process route and conditions were suggested in this paper.
