    Influences of Cylindrical Roller Parameters on Vibratory Characteristics of Chain BearingRotor System

    • 摘要: 提出了一种能更精确计算圆柱滚子轴承刚度和阻尼的新模型,并利用该模型建立了链式转子系统的振动模型,利用Riccati传递矩阵法编制了临界转速和不平衡响应的计算程序。通过选择算例研究了滚子结构参数对链式轴承转子系统振动性能的影响。发现滚子个数、长度和直径的变化会引起转子临界转速、不平衡响应的变化,得出了一系列变化规律曲线,为进一步研究滚动轴承转子系统的性能提供了依据。

       

      Abstract: A new model for calculating overall stiffness and damping of the rolling bearing was put forward, and kinetic model of chain bearingrotor system was built on it. Using Riccati transient matrix method, vibratory characteristics of the system were studied. Results show that bearing parameters as roller length, roller radius and roller number influence critical speed and unbalanced response.According to the study, the relation curves between the system parameters and the vibratory characteristics of system are obtained. It provides a foundation to a further study of rollingbearing system.
