    Breeding of L-glutamate Oxidase Producing Strains with Mutagenesis and a Rapid Screening Method

    • 摘要: 用谷氨酸氧化酶测试液浸湿白卷纸置于菌落上,根据白卷纸上显示红色快慢、深浅,就能大致测得该菌落菌株产酶能力高低。该法可靠性大、工作量小、操作简便,显示结果快。利用该法,配合亚硝酸诱变,在短暂三个月内,将L-谷氨酸氧化酶产生菌株产酶能力提高了约25倍。

       

      Abstract: When two pieces of white tissue moistened with L-glutamate oxidase(GO) assayed solution were placed on the mature colonies, red spots developed. The speed and the extent of color development could be used to estimate the productivity of the strain tested. By using curent screening method along with HNO_2 mutagenesis, the productivity of GO producing strain P-26 is increased about 25 times within three manthes.
