    Optimal Energy Integration of Alkylation Unit in a Phenol-Acetone Plant

    • 摘要: 采用夹点技术对苯酚丙酮装置烃化单元进行了能量系统优化,计算确定现行换热网络有28.2%的节能潜力。通过对现行换热网络的夹点分析,找出了不合理的换热匹配。在现行换热网络已有结构特点和工艺要求的基础上,提出了换热网络优化改造方案。优化后烃化单元的换热网络可节省加热公用工程3 908.58 kW,投资回收期仅为3个月。

       

      Abstract: Energy saving is one of the pressing duties the enterprise confronted. The energy integration of alkylation unit in a phenolacetone plant is optimized by using pinch technology in this paper. The results show that energy saving potential of the current heat exchanger network is 28.2%. After analysis by pinch technology, the unreasonable match of heat exchanger is found. After the investigation on the current heat exchanger network, the retrofitting scheme of the network, in which the maximum heat recovery is taken into account, is put forward. The retrofit scheme for the heat exchanger network can save heat 3 908.58 kW, while the payback period of the investment is only 3 months.
