    • 摘要: 以二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼和烷基水杨酸钼复合制备了Mo9081钼型减摩剂。四球试验机,Falex试验及CA~(-15)汽油机台架试验的评定结果表明,30~#汽油机油中加入1%(wt)Mo9081,能显著地改善原汽油机油的抗磨减摩性能,使发动机的动力性能有所改善,平均节油率约2%(wt)。并用俄歇电子能谱研究该钼型减摩剂的减摩机理。

       

      Abstract: Mo9081 friction modifier was prepared by compounding Molybdenum dialkyl dithiocarbamate with Molybdenum alkyl salicylate. The results obtained by the Four-Ball,Falex and the CA-15 engine test showed that the anti-wear, friction reducing and engine power performances were improved. A30~* engine oil with 1%(wt) Mo9081 friction modifier has the ability to save the fuel on an average about 2% as compared with the same oil without the said additive. Auger Electron Spectroscopy was used to study the wear prevention mechanism of Mo9081 additive.
