    Application of Correlation Analysis of Fermentation Parameters to the Inosine Production by Bacillus subtilis

    • 摘要: 基于参数相关的研究方法已成功地应用于多个发酵产品的过程优化,本文通过对枯草芽胞杆菌肌苷生产过程的尾气变化规律、碳氮源消耗和产物浓度的分析和计算,并根据摄氧率(OUR)、二氧化碳释放率(CER)、呼吸熵(RQ)和产物得率(YP/G)的相关性,在工程尺度将发酵过程分为4个阶段,为其他尺度的研究和过程优化提供了线索。

       

      Abstract: Correlation analysis of fermentation parameters has been effectively applied to process optimization of several fermentation products.The composition of exhaust gas,consumption of carbon and(nitrogen) sources,concentration of product formed during the inosine production of Bacillus subalis were analyzed and calculated.The whole process was classified into four phases according to the state parametes on engineering scale,i.e.the correlation of oxygen uptake rate(OUR), carbon dioxide evolution rate(CER),respiratory quotient(RQ) and product yield to glucose(Y_(P/G)).It gives a clue to the researches on other scales and fermentation process optimization.
