    Studies on Acid Sites and Diffusion Properties of Zeolite Y Catalysts for Alkylation of Aromatics with Long-Chain Alkenes

    • 摘要: 用IR和TPD方法,研究了长链烯烃与芳烃的烷基化反应的Y型沸石催化剂的酸性对反应的作用。研究表明具有中等强度以上的酸性中心都对反应有贡献。长链烯烃在催化剂上的吸附比苯要强得多。长链烯烃在催化剂上除了吸附活化与苯反应之外,还有生焦的倾向。催化剂上的焦碳积累引起微孔堵塞,反应活性下降,可以从孔分布变化和扩散性能下降中得到解释。

       

      Abstract: The acid sites of zeolite Y catalysts for alkylation of aromatics with long-chain alkenes are determined with IR and TPD. It is proved that not only very strong acid sites, but also medium strong acid sites play an important role in the reaction. Long-chain alkene is adsorbed on the surface of catalysts much more strongly than benzene is adsorbed. Long-chain alkene is activated by catalysts and react with benzene. Coking of catalysts causedby alkene is the main causative factor of deactivation of catalysts. It is supported by the results of pore structure analysis and diffusion properties.
