    改良型湿壁塔用于化学吸收的研究——BV催化热钾碱液吸收CO_2的传质特性

    • 摘要: 按文题,对吸收机理和影响传质的各种因素进行了探讨,并建立了数学模型。关联得到的吸收速率系数为k_(BV)=133.03(1-f_C)~(0.8324) exp(-(5981/1.987T)。适用范围为:温度T:60—80℃;转化度f_C:0.1—0.6。本文提出了假一级快反应吸收的临界液膜厚度的概念,从而有效地解释了湿壁塔和工业填料塔在传质方面的差异,这对传质过程的理解,对传质设备的强化,提供了较好的理论基础。

       

      Abstract: Mass transfer behaviour of CO_2 absorption by BV solution has been studied in a modified wetted-wall column. The machanism and factors influencing mass transfer have been discussed, and mathematical model of mass transfer established. The concept of the critical liquid film thickness in the absorption involving fast pseudo-first order reaction was presented. It can convincingly explain the difference between mass transfer in an experimental absorber and that in an industrial packed column, and provide a theoretical foundation for intensifying the mass transfer equipment and understanding the mass transfer process.
