Abstract:
Application of Differential Scanning Calorimetry and DC resistance bridge methods to the study of the Conductive Coating of Carbon black-resin was studied. The objective of work is to study the influence of components of coating on the characteristic temperatures, enthalpy change of cure reaction from DSC curve peaks and resistivity, temperature coefficient of resistance by using standard coating samples. These results are interpreted by model of continual net chains of carbon particles and process of resin cure and also supply necessary evidence for the selection of technical parameters.
