    The Distribution Equilibria and Mechanisms of BSA Extraction Using Reversed Micellar System

    • 摘要: 依据堆砌几何模型,得出以阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵形成反胶束时须加入助溶剂(正己醇)。实验结果表明,牛血清白蛋白的分配特性与有机相正己醇浓度、水相pH值、离子强度和种类等因素有关。初步探讨了反胶束萃取的机理,认为使蛋白质萃入 反胶束溶液的主要推动力为静电作用。

       

      Abstract: According to the geometric modelling of the surfactant packing at the interface,it was concluded that a co-solvent(hexanol)has to be added to the organic phase in order to establish a CTAB reversed micellar system. It seems that the partition of BSA between two phases depends not only on the content of co-solvent in organic phase,but also on the pH value,the concentration and species of ion in aqueous phase. The experimental results lead to the conclusion that the major driving force in the protein extraction is electrostatic interaction.
