    Study of Desulfurization by TEA Complex Iron

    • 摘要: 开发了以TEA为Fe^3+的络合剂和脱硫吸收剂,以柠檬酸作为Fe^2+的络合剂的二元络合体系,研究了脱硫剂的选定,模拟试验,副反应和对有机硫的吸收及腐蚀挂片试验等,研究证明,脱硫剂具有脱硫效率好,硫容量高,副反应小,溶液稳定,成本低,腐蚀性小等优点。

       

      Abstract: A new desulphurizer was developed.It is a dual system which contains mainly TEA as Fe(3+)complexing agent citric acid as Fe(2+) complexing agent.The research work included selection of desulphurizer,model test.effect of sub-reaction on organic sulphur (COS) absoption and corrosion test.It is indicated that the new desulphurizer has many advantages such as high efficiency, high sulphur absorption capacity,stability,low cost,low corrosion and little sub-reaction.
