    丙酮-异丁醛-水三元系汽液平衡的研究——Ⅱ.液相部分互溶区

    • 摘要: 本文报道丙酮-异丁醛-水三元系在部分互溶区的液液平衡及蒸汽压数据。使用丙酮-水、丙酮-异丁醛、异丁醛-水三对二元系的NRTL、UNIQUAC参数对上述三元系液液平衡及蒸汽压进行预测,结果与实验值基本相符。为了提高对三元系液液平衡预测的质最,本文还对二元系的NRTL,UNIQUAC参数进行了修正,使用丙酮-水、丙酮-异丁醛两对二元系汽液平衡数据並与三元系液液平衡数据一起。应用最大似然估计法重新求取二元参数。使用这些新的二元参数,预测三元系液液平衡的精度有较大的提高,而对二元系及三元系互溶区的汽液平衡推算,精度的降低並不显著。

       

      Abstract: The vapor pressure and the liquid-liquid equilibrium data for the partially miscible region of the aeetone-isobuWraldehyde-water ternary have been reported. The prediction for the vapor-liquid-liquid equilibrium in the partially miscible region of the ternary is fairly satisfactory with the use of the binary parameters of the three binaries reported in the Part I of this paper. In order to make the prediction better, maximum likelihood method was adopted. The binary parameters of the three binaries are estimated again by fitting the vapor liquid equilibrium data of acetone-water and acetone-isobuty-raldehyde, binaries as well as some of the ternary liquid-liquid equilibrium data.With these parameters, the prediction of the ternary liquid-liquid equilibrium is improved appreeiablly, while the prediction of the equilibrium of the corresponding binaries and the ternary in the mutually miscible region is still acceptable.
