    新颖负载型光催化剂的开发

    Development of Novel Loaded Photocatalysts

    • 摘要: 以新颖玻璃弹簧填料为载体,采用浸渍-烧结法制备负载型纳米TiO2光催化剂,通过光在不同填充床中的分布测定结果。表明光在该光催化剂床层中的传递距离比玻璃珠载体长8倍,比0.5%P25悬浮液中的传递距离长28倍。该负载型催化剂具有光辐射分布较均匀、光照射表面积与体积比高等优点,从而有效的光催化反应体积成倍增加。

       

      Abstract: The TiO 2 photocatalysts loaded on the novel carrier of glass spring with the immerse coating technique were developed. The light distribution in different packing bed show that the distance through which light travels in the photocatalyst bed of glass spring carrier is 8 times and 28 times longer than that of glass ball and of 0.5% P25 slurry respectively. The TiO 2 photocatalyst film is more even with lower concentration TiO 2 slurry for several times immerse coating, and behaves higher photocatalytic activity. The novel loaded photocatalyst has such advantages as high ratio of illuminated surface areas to the reactor volume and well distributed light throughout the packed bed.
