    Studies on 1,2-dibutoxycarbonylethyl Diethyldithiocarbamate as Lubricant Additive

    • 摘要: 用二乙胺、二硫化碳分别与氯乙酸丁酯和顺丁烯二酸二丁酯反应,均可合成(1,2-二丁氧羰基乙基)二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。以红外、质谱、元素分析方法给予分析鉴定。该化合物对二-(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)具有显著的增溶作用,能在500 SN中性油中溶解1000 ppm Mo,而且没有腐蚀性。磨损试验机评定结果,说明该化合物和MoDTC复合后,具有良好的抗磨减摩能力,在500SN中性油中加入0.6%(Wt)时,四球磨斑直径d_(30)~(30)=0.33,并且和内燃机油所使用的各种清净分散剂都有较好的配伍性能。

       

      Abstract: 1, 2-dibutoxycarbonylethyl diethyldithiocarbamate was synthesized by using two different reaction ways and was characterised by means of elemental analysis, massspectrum and infrared specttum. The compound has been found to solubilize markedly molybdenum N, N-di(2-ethylhexyl)dithiocarbamate (MoDTC) up to 1000 ppm in 500 SN baseoil. Adding 0.6 wt% of the organo-molybdenum additive, which was prepared by mixing BDTC with MoDTC, into 500 SN oil, the four-ball wear scar diameter (D_(30)~(30)) was determined to be 0.33. This organo-molybdenum additive imposes also better mixing compatibility on the detergent-dispersant additives employed in engine oil.
