    蔗糖羟基保护的选择性去除

    Selective Detritylation of Sucrose Hydroxyl Protected

    • 摘要: 将蔗糖全基团保护物(TRISPA)中羟基的保护基团进行选择性去除,制备出高纯度的2,3,6,3′,4′-五氧乙酰基蔗糖(6-PAS),并用1H-NMR和质谱、FT-IR表征了产物的结构特征。考察了水分和反应温度对选择性去除羟基上保护基团的影响,采用了去除羟基上保护基团和乙酰基迁移一体化反应,反应的选择性80%,6-PAS收率52%,液相色谱分析6-PAS的纯度为99%。

       

      Abstract: To prepare 2,3,6,3′,4′-penta-O-acetyl sucrose (6-PAS) with high purity in aqueous acetic acid solution, 6,1′,6′-tri-O-tritylsucrose penta-acetate (TRISPA) was selectively detritylated, and the products were characterized by 1HNMR, MS and FTIR. The effects of water content and reaction temperature on the selective detritylation of sucrose hydroxyl protective groups were investigated. The integrative reaction involves detritylation and acetyl migration in which the reaction selectivity was 80%. The yield and the purity by HPLC of 6-PAS were 52% and 99%, respectively.
