    Influences of Oil Groove Parameters on Performance of Journal Bearing

    • 摘要: 以全周向流体动压润滑滑动轴承作为研究对象,推导了无量纲Reynolds方程。采用有限差分法,运用Matlab软件编程,在成功计算出滑动轴承油膜压力分布的基础上,以一个具体的算例对象,深入探讨了油沟的位置、宽度和轴向长度对滑动轴承油膜压力分布、油膜承载力、偏位角、润滑油端泄流量和量纲一摩擦力的影响规律,得出一系列规律性曲线,并做了一定的理论解释。

       

      Abstract: The hydrodynamic lubrication journal bearing was taken as the research objective, and dimensionless Reynolds equation was derived. Using finite difference method and Matlab software to make program, the oil film pressure distribution of the journal bearing was successfully calculated. The detail research on the influences of oil groove parameters on the performance of the journal bearing such as film pressure distribution, load capacity, deviation angle, oil flow rate and dimensionless friction were carried out, a series of performance influence curves were obtained and explained.
