Abstract:
The hydrodynamic lubrication journal bearing was taken as the research objective, and dimensionless Reynolds equation was derived. Using finite difference method and Matlab software to make program, the oil film pressure distribution of the journal bearing was successfully calculated. The detail research on the influences of oil groove parameters on the performance of the journal bearing such as film pressure distribution, load capacity, deviation angle, oil flow rate and dimensionless friction were carried out, a series of performance influence curves were obtained and explained.
