    溶胀法制备单分散微米级PMMA微球

    Preparation of Monodisperse PMMA Microspheres by Swelling Procedure

    • 摘要: 采用二步溶胀法制备单分散PMMA微球,首先用分散聚合法制备出单分散的PMMA微球为种子,然后对种子进行溶胀并聚合.重点研究了溶胀温度、PMMA微球种子粒径、活化剂种类、加料时间对溶胀效果的影响,发现溶胀温度在35℃,PMMA微球种子粒径在2.0um左右,以1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯作为活化荆,加料时间1 h对PMMA微球的溶胀效果最好.
