    Salt Effect on Vapor-Liquid Equilibrium of Ethanol-Isopropanol-Water Ternary System

    • 摘要: 用改进的Ellis汽液平衡仪,测定了乙醇-异丙醇-水体系含氯化钙和氯化铜两种盐时的常压汽液平衡数据。将盐效应参数引入UNIFACI方程,建立了该体系的热力学模型。用该模型对近40余点的实验数据进行了验证,结果表明,气相组成总的平均误差小于0.0187,可为设计提供依据。

       

      Abstract: Effect of CaCl_2 and CuCl_2 on vapor-liquid equilibrium of ethanol-isopropanolwater ternary system was examimed with an improved Ellis recirculation still at constan atmospheric pressure. A thermordynamic correlating model was proposed by a method in which salt effect parameter is combined with the UNIFAC equation. Comparison of the calculated values with the experimental data shows that the average absolute deviation of the vapor phase mole fraction is below 0.018 7. It proves that the model can be used in process design.
