    超滤过程的Flemmer复合模型

    Flemmers Composite Model for Ultrafiltration Process

    • 摘要: 采用内压式和外压式中空纤维膜组件超滤红霉素发酵滤液,用麦夸脱(Marquardt)算法对浓差极化-凝胶层模型和Flemmer复合模型(以下简称复合模型)进行参数拟合与检验,比较了两个模型的伪劣,结果表明,由于复合模型既考虑了浓差极化的影响,也考虑了超滤膜中尚未形成凝胶层部分压力对通量的影响,使其与实验结果吻合得比凝胶层模型好,可有于通量预测,具有较高的精确性和较广的适应性。

       

      Abstract: The composite model and concentration polarizationgel layer model were com-pared,Their parameters were obtained on the basis of the experimental data of ultrafiltratingerythromycin fermentation broth filtrate,using both the innerand outer-pressured hollow-fiber equipment.The results showed that the composite model was more advantageous andcoincided with the experimental data better by taking account of the entire membrane sur-hce,including the portion before the formation of the gel layer.
