    • 摘要: 开发了重油催化裂化工业装置模拟计算软件 ( RCCLK) ,包括重油十一集总反应网络的建立、不同类型反应器模型的推导、装置因数的设置和求取方法。催化裂化气体产品关联模型使软件具有预测产品中气体分布的功能 ;催化裂化原料结构关联模型的开发 ,减少了分析催化裂化原料的工作量和难度 ,增强了软件的适用性 ,便于模型的推广应用。工业验证和对催化裂化 -芳烃抽提组合工艺模拟计算的结果表明 ,该模型软件的适用性强 ,预测准确度高

       

      Abstract: The development of commercial unit simulation calculation software of heavy oil catalytic cracking was studied, including the building of 11 lumping heavy oil reaction network, model deduction of different type reactors, setting and calculation of unit factors. The gas products correlation model strengthened the software function and met the requirement of predicting gas distribution; The feed structure correlation model reduced the work and difficulty of analysis, and strengthened the software adaptability. The simulation calculation of FCC aromatic extraction combination technology and the validation results show the strong adaptability and high accuracy of the software.
