    Optimization Design of the Reed Valves for Reciprocating Compressor

    • 摘要: 根据活塞压缩机的工作过程和阀片的运动方程建立了其工作的模拟模型。采用机械优化设计方法并结合阀片的几何形状进行优化设计。其计算值与试验值较吻合,使容积比能下降了8%,证实具有节能效果。

       

      Abstract: A working process simulation model was established in accordance with the dynamic process of reciprocating compressor and the valve dynamic equations. The machine optimization design method in combination with the reed valves geometry shape was employed to optimize the design. The calculation results are in close agreement with the experimental data. It is shown that the specific volumentric energy may be reduced by 8%. therefore energy saving effects are realized.
