    Numerical Simulation of the Separation Process of Two-Component Preparative Gas Chromatography

    • 摘要: 在研究分析性气相色谱分离模型的基础上,提出并建立了双组分制备级气相色谱分离过程的数学模型,模型包括物料平衡方程、吸附等温方程和传质方程。描述该过程的数学模型是隐形非线性偏微分方程,通过数值求解模拟分析了柱填充空隙率和流动相流量等不同操作参数对色谱分离的影响,并与文献实验值相比较,结果基本吻合,最大相对误差在4.86%以内,为实现工业放大和生产的最优化操作和控制提供了一定的指导作用。

       

      Abstract: A dynamic mathematical model of two components in preparative gas chromatography column is first advanced on the basis of studying models of the separation of analytical gas chromatography,including mass balance equations, adsorption balance equations and mass transfer equations. The simulation model of this process consists of non-linear partial differential equations. The effect of various parameters and characteristic parameters of chromatography column such as filling density, velocity of mobile phase and sample size on chromatographic separation are well analyzed by solving with numerical method.The simulated results are in good agreement with the literature data and the maximum deviation is less than 4.86%. So the model supplies certain guidance for the scale of the practical application and the optimization of the process control and operation parameters of preparative gas chromatography.
