    Solvent Extration of Mixed Amino Acids

    • 摘要: 以二(2-乙基己基)磷酸(P204)为萃取剂,从沉淀胱氨酸后的毛发水解母液中提取复合氨基权。萃取过程的最佳工艺条件为:萃取剂组成P204(0.75)-磺化煤油(0.15)-乙基己醇(0.10),室温,初始水相的pH值为2.5;用去离子水反萃取,萃取及反萃取的理论级数分别为8级和9级。

       

      Abstract: The present paper studies the extraction of mixed amino acids from the waster water of producting cystine process by di-(2-ethyl hexyl)phosphoric acid(P204).The optimum extraction conditions are as follows:P204(0.75)-kerosene(0.15)-2-ethyl hexyl alcohol(0.10),pH=2.5 and room temprature.Deionized water is adopted as stripping agent of mixed amino acids from the loaded organic phase.Extraction and stripping numbers of theoretic stages are 8 and 9 respectively.
