Mathematical Simulation on Multi-bed Adiabatic Reactor with Indirect Heat Exchange for MTO Reaction

摘要: 在建立了一维拟均相数学模型的基础上,对甲醇制烯烃(MTO)多段间接换热式绝热固定床反应器进行了数学模拟。以3×105 t/a乙烯为产量指标,计算得到所需的催化床层体积和催化剂装填量,分析了各段绝热反应器内轴向温度和各组分浓度的分布情况,并对换热段进行了热量衡算。Abstract: Based on the onedimensional pseudohomogenous mathematical model, the adiabatic multibed reactor with indirect heat exchange for MethanoltoOlefin (MTO) reaction was simulated. Target for the 3×105 t/a ethylene yield, the volume of the catalytic bed and mass of the catalyst needed were calculated. The profile of temperature and distribution of the reaction components in the reactor was analyzed, and the heat balance in the indirect heat exchange sections was calculated.
