Abstract:
The industrial reaction process of non-catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane is simulated and analyzed. The reaction kinetics and reactor model suitable to industrial equipment are established. Based on the guiding principle of non-catalytic oxidation technique, this paper suggests that the selectivity of cyclohexyl hydroperoxide together with the total selectivity should be used as the major guideline to evaluate the oxidation part. From this point of view, the influencing factors, including temperature, pressure, inlet oxygen concentration, gas flowrate, liquid flowrate and reactor number, are analyzed. The results obtained can provide the basis for industrial reactor design and operation.
