    A Model of Coagulation and Growth of Ultrafine Particles in Precipitation Process

    • 摘要: 建立了适合于高源速率沉淀过程的凝并生长动力学模型,系统地考察了操作参数对超细颗粒粒径及其分布的影响规律。研究表明,随着反应物浓度的增加,凝并生长速率加快,粒径及分布均呈单调增大趋势;生长速率对温度变化不敏感,在较高过饱和度之下,温度对合成粒子粒径影响很小;随着反应时间的延长,粒径变大,分布变宽,并趋于“自保”形式。提出了液相化学合成法制备超细颗粒过程中颗粒性能的控制策略。

       

      Abstract: A mathematical model describing the coagulation and growth of ultrafine particles was derived. The effects of the operation parameters on the ultrafine particle size and its distribution were investigated. The results showed that increasing of the concentration of the reactants enhanced the coagulation growth rate which induced large particle size and wide distribution. The growth rate was insensitive to reaction temperature so that the temperature had less effect on particle properties at high super-saturation level. The particle size became larger and its distribution became wider and then became self-preserving distribution with extending the reaction time. The principles of CSD control of ultrafine particles were proposed according to the model.
