    导向管喷动流化床流动特性研究

    Hydrodynamics of Spout-fluid Bed with Draft Tube

    • 摘要: 在内径50mm的冷模装置内,考察了喷动气和流化气流速、固体粒子加入量及导向管位置对床层流动特性的影响。发现喷动气的旁路现象对粒子循环速率、中心喷泉高度及床层压降都有显著影响。流化气的引入,可抑制喷动气的旁路趋势,促进了粒子的循环。还得出了计算粒子循环速率及喷泉高度的关联式。

       

      Abstract: A 50mm diameter cylindrical apparatus was used to investigate the effects of oper-ating and geometric parameters on the hydrodynamics of spout-fluid bed with a draft tube at am-bient temperature. It was found that the solid circulation rate ,fountain height and bed pressure drop were all significantly influenced by the bypassing characteristics of the spouting gas. The in-troduction of fluidizing gas is helpful to decrease such bypassing and thus inereases the solid cir-rculation rate. The eff cts of draft tube location and solid particle loading on the bed hydrody-namies are discussed. By regressing experimental data, the correlations used to calculate solid cir-rculation rata and fountain height are obtained.
