    • 摘要: 应用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为载体,采用溶剂挥发法制备了蛇床子素(OSL)的固体分散体,测定了OSL原料药、固体分散体以及机械混合物的体外溶解度,并通过扫描电镜观察、红外光谱以及紫外光谱分析对固体分散体进行了研究,结果表明,OSL固体分散物的溶解度与OSL原料药和机械混合物相比有明显提高;OSL分子和载体分子之间未发生化学变化。

       

      Abstract: Using poly(vinylpyrrolidone) as a carrier, solid dispersions of osthole were prepared by solvent method. The dissolution of the solid dispersion was detected with the use of scanning electron microscope, IR spectrometer and UV spectrometer results showed that in contrast with the osthole and the physical mixtures of osthole and carrier the dissoluation of solid dispersion was significantly increased. These was no chemical reaction between osthole and carrier.
