    Structures and Properties of n-Dodecyl Glucoside

    • 摘要: 在适宜的反应条件下,采用直接法由葡萄糖和正十二醇反应合成了正十二烷基葡萄糖苷,并用快原子轰击质谱(FAB),气相色谱(GC),红外光谱(IR),核磁共振谱(NMR)等方法对产品结构进行了分析和表征,根据分析结果分别计算出了产品的平均聚合度(n)和亲水亲油平衡值(HLB),此外,对产品表面性能(表面张力,临界胶束浓度,乳化能力,增溶能力,泡沫性能及稳定性等)进行了测定。结果表明n-C12APG是一个性能优良的表面活性剂。

       

      Abstract: Under the suitable conditions of synthesis reaction, n dodecyl glucoside products were prepared by glucose and n dodecanol by the direct method. Glucoside products were also investigated and characterized by FAB, GC, 1H NMR and IR. According to the results of above mentioned experiment, polymerization( n ) and HLB (hydrophilic lipophilic balance) of n dodecyl glucoside products were obtained by calculation. In addition, surface properties of products, such as surface tension, critical micell concentration, emulsifying property, solubilizing property on organic solvents and foaming property and stability and so on, were also surveyed. The experimental results show that n dodecyl glucoside is a kind of excellent non ionic surfactant, which possesses high foaming power and stability, emulsifying, softening detergent, low irritating properties and high solubilizing properties on organic solvents.
