    Heat Transfer Parameters of Fixed Bed of Hollow Cylindrical Catalyst for Ethylene Acetoxidation to Vinyl Acetate Reaction

    • 摘要: 采用径向测温方法和拟均相二维模型,对乙烯氧乙酰化合成醋酸乙烯环柱状催化剂在固定床中的传热特性按工业生产条件进行了测定,并考察了催化剂尺寸对传热性能的影响。对实验数据分别用有限差分法及正交配置法进行处理,得到了固定床一维热系数h,二维径向传热参数Ker,hw与雷诺准数Re的关系式。

       

      Abstract: This paper uses the radial temperature profile method and two dimensional pseudohomogeneous model to calculate the heat transfer parameters in fixed bed packed with spherical and hollow cylindrical catalyst used for ethylene acetoxidation to vinyl acetate. For the purpose of investigation on the effect of dimension of catalyst on heat transfer hollow cylindrical catalyst divided into eight is compared. The mass flow rate covers the operating range in the industrial reactor. The treatment of experimental data is on the basis of orthogonal collocation, the correlations between the radial effective conductivity, the wall heat transfer coefficient of two dimension model and the wall heat transfer coefficient of one dimensional model and particle Reynolds number are obtained respectively.
